Terms of Service

Provider: Venture Deals, Co. (a Delaware, USA company).

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Venture Deals, Co. ("Wisparm", "we", "us"), the provider of the Wisparm voice-dictation service ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. For consumers, these Terms also serve as the end-user license agreement (EULA) for the Wisparm apps.

1. The Service

Wisparm is an Eastern Armenian voice-dictation product. You speak, and the Service transcribes your speech into text, cleans and styles it, keeps your personal dictionary, and can learn from your edits. Wisparm is available on the web and as desktop and mobile apps. We may change, improve, or discontinue features over time.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract and meet the age limits in our Privacy Policy (16 in the EU/EEA, 13 in the US). Notify us at support@wisparm.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

The Service is offered on auto-renewing subscriptions:

Web plans: a standard tier at $9/month and a supporter tier at $29/month, billed via Stripe.
In-app subscription: a standard auto-renewing subscription billed via Apple through your Apple ID, at the price shown in the app.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime: web subscriptions from your Wisparm account, and Apple in-app subscriptions from your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then. Refunds are handled under the policy of the processor you paid through - Stripe for web subscriptions, Apple for in-app purchases - except where a non-waivable law gives you a stronger right. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

About the political price: see Section 4 below. Which tier you pay depends on a self-reported answer that we do not store.

4. The political price, disclosed honestly

At sign-up we ask one question: whether you support a named political figure (Nikol Pashinyan). Self-reported supporters pay the $29/month tier; everyone else pays the $9/month tier. This is a pricing choice, stated openly. Your answer is self-reported and is not stored - it only sets which price you are offered at that moment. We do not record, profile, or share your political opinions, and answering is entirely at your discretion.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Break the law, infringe others' rights, or dictate content you have no right to process.
Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service, or attempt to bypass billing or rate limits.
Interfere with, overload, or attack the Service or its infrastructure.
Use the Service to build a competing product from our outputs in violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service at risk.

6. Your content and intellectual property

Your content is yours. The audio you speak and the transcripts the Service produces for you ("Your Content") belong to you. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the Service for you - to transcribe, style, store, display, and (if you consent) learn from Your Content, as described in the Privacy Policy. Our property - the Wisparm software, models, brand, and site - remains ours and our licensors'. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Automatic transcription and styling can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisparm and Venture Deals, Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves or the law changes. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
